About your stay :

The locations are done at the week, of Sunday between 3 pm & 7 pm for the arrival with Sunday between 9 am & 10 am for the departure. These schedules are to be respected imperatively. Any departure apart from these hours, accounts - cheques of guarantee will be turned over by mail. Guaranteed time of arrival: 24 hours. At the end of this period, we will have the rent.

Agreement for the rent :

The reservation is considered firm and final with reception of the accompte, that is to say 25% of the amount of the hiring + 9.00 € of expenses of file & the insurance (optional in low season). Your contract will be sent to you to reception. The balance will have to be regulated 30 DAYS before the beginning of the stay, to which will be joined 2 accounts - cheques of guarantee (not boxed), one of 160.00€ in guarantee of the material, and of 40.00€ in guarantee of the household (restored at the beginning, deduction made possibly expenses of deteriorations and cleaning depending on the inventory of fixtures). The hiring is final with reception of the total payment .

Canccelation :

Any stopped stay or summary does not give place to any refunding. You have the possibility of contracting an insurance cancellation, for the sum of 11 € per week of hiring, which refunds you your stay in the event of cancellation (see conditions cancellation). The insurance is already included in the price in July and August

Conditions of the insurance cancellation :

Serious illness or serious accident or reaching death: yourself or your spouse (or declared boyfriend), one of your ascending, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law/Death of a brother, a sister, a brother-in-law, a sister-in-law/material damages important reaching your good clean and imperatively requiring your presence/Lay-off/Accident or total flight of your vehicle and/or your caravan occurring during the way (direct) to go on your place of stay/obtaining after the date of reservation of the hiring of a contract at unspecified duration

Other :

The taker will be held to make sure against the damage and fire hazards of water. Pets are allowed provided (obligatory vaccination) forbiden to let your pet alone in the cottage: 22.00 € per week. The additional car with our agreement according to the availabilities: 23.00 € per week. Exceptionally and in agreement with the direction, anybody additional with the tariff camp-site.
